Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos. 1 to 3.

It is submitted that the petitioner was appointed on compassionate ground and the proposal was sent to respondent no. 4. However, by impugned order dated 06.11.2023 this proposal was rejected mainly on the ground that the petitioner did not comply with a condition to hold the TET certificate. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 has relied on government resolution dated 02.09.2024 in which condition has been imposed that such a candidate appointed on compensation ground should clear the TET examination in three years. As against this, the learned counsel for the petitioner placed on record the classificatory government resolution dated 23.09.2024 in which

the time to clear TET from three years is extended to five years. He would submit that in view of this classificatory government resolution, the management has sent a fresh proposal for approval. 4.

In view thereof the petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 3 to decide the proposal within a period of six weeks after receiving a fresh proposal. [ SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J. ] [ S.G. MEHARE, J. ] Thakur-Chauhan/-
