After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner for some time, when this Court was not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the learned Courts below, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the learned Additional Sessions Court has set aside the appeal bearing No.PWDVA No.67 of 2024 by judgment and order dated 03rd July 2025. His statement is accepted. 2.

In view of the statement, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
