After arguing for quite some time, learned advocates for the parties are fair enough to have early decision on Exhibit-19 and Exhibit-50, applications for interim relief filed by the plaintiff in Regular Civil Suit No. 219 of 2012 pending before Civil Judge, Junior Division, Gangakhed.

In view of the same, no orders are necessary to be passed in the present writ petition.

Under the circumstances, the trial court to decide pending applications Exhibit-19 and Exhibit-50 in Regular Civil Suit No. 219 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a

Writ petition as such, stands disposed of.

Needless to refer to that the trial court to consider the applications on their own merits.
