In view of the settlement, the parties have obtained divorce by mutual consent from the Court of Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Shrigonda. He has produced a copy of the judgment passed by the learned C.J.S.D., Shrigonda by which the marriage between the parties is declared to have dissolved. The copy of the same is taken on record.
