The applicants/appellants are seeking permission to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.6 Gaousiyabgum Mohammad Subhan who admittedly died on 15.07.2021, by condoning the delay of 555 days.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of legal representatives of respondent No.6 submits that an appropriate order be passed.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A1" and "B". The applicants are directed to carry out the amendment within the stipulated period. No order as to cost. Application is accordingly disposed of.
