2] Perused our order passed earlier. The applicant in person tried to suggest that the order did not consider certain defects of the tender notice itself. He tried to suggest that some of the terms of tender notice are apparently in violation of The Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act 2005.

3] We have considered the Petition. We have considered the case of petitioner within the scope of exercise of powers under Article

-2226 of the Constitution of India. Our reasons are already mentioned in the order as to why we did not entertain the Petition. We find no reason to entertain the application for review of order. No case is made out to entertain the application. Accordingly, Review Application dismissed.
