We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P..

The order dated 30.01.2019 in Writ Petition No.1208/2019 filed by the petitioner is to the effect that the petitioner is given liberty to approach this Court as and when decision is taken by the Hon'ble Lokayukt and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the Hon'ble Lokayukt. It appears that, the complaint of the petitioner was disposed of by the Hon'ble Lokayukt. Subsequently, the petitioner again moved the Hon'ble Lokayukt by filing complaint.

The complaint is filed on 26.07.2019. The statement of

(2) 25-wp-5103-2019 Naib Tahasildar is recorded and the matter is kept before Hon'ble Lokayukt on 25.10.2019.

In view of the proceedings initiated before the Hon'ble Lokayukt, the present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
