Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGP for respondent nos. 1 and 2. None for respondent no.3, though served.

Perused the application. Learned AGP objects application for condonation of delay on the ground that no reasonable cause has been assigned by the applicant. 3.

From the record, it emerges that the applicant belongs to small village and is rustic poor agriculturist. As the compensation amount was not

ca6283.15 deposited before this Court at the earliest, therefore, the reason of financial crises appears to be proper and acceptable.

Accordingly, application is allowed. Delay of 1711 days is condoned. Civil application is disposed of.

First Appeal St. No. 14074 of 2015 be registered.
