The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not providing information to him in spite of the fact that notice has been issued to the petitioner.

On 09-07-2021 we had directed the petitioner to submit online application with the Sub Divisional Officer for corrected tribe certificate and that the petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate to Sub Divisional Officer, Jalgaon. 3.

On 13-08-2021 we had observed that the petitioner has yet not complied the order. The matter was adjourned to 08-10-2021. On 08-10-2021 also, we had recorded that the order dated 09-07-2021 is Gajanan

not complied with. The matter was adjourned to 16-12-2021. Today, the learned Advocate submits that in spite of giving notice, instructions are not being provided by the petitioner to the learned Advocate. The copy of the notice is taken on record. 4.
