Learned counsel submits that the proposal is submitted to the Education Officer by the Management seeking approval to the upgradation of the post of petitioner from Part Time Librarian to Full Time Librarian, the same is not yet decided.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondents No.1 to 3. 3.

In case, proposal filed by the Management to the Education Officer seeking upgradation of the post of petitioner from Part Time Librarian to Full Time Librarian is pending with respondent No.3 then respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of this order. With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
