This is an application filed for stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Aurangabad in M.A.C.P. No.422 of 2015. 2.

Perused the application. Heard learned advocate for applicant and learned advocate for respondent No.6.

Learned advocate for respondent No.6 strongly objected the application. Learned advocate for applicant submits that, he is ready to deposit entire amount of Rs.19,02,493/- alongwith interest running @ 9% thereon.

Considering the fact that, learned advocate for applicant is ready to deposit entire amount of Rs.19,02,493/- alongwith interest thereon. The applicant is directed to deposit amount of Rs. 21,00,000/- which can be adjusted towards interest within two weeks from today. Application is allowed subject to depositing of amount. If the amount is not deposited within two weeks from today the stay granted by this Court is deemed to be vacated without further order.
