The learned counsel submits that the appeal is within limitation as per the extension of limitation granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, in the Covid Period.

In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to bring the legal heirs of the sole appellant on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
