The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause (B) as under:- "B.

By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order of directions in the like nature, the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Nanded may kindly be directed to execute the work of construction of road at Barasgaon - Belsar - Loan Pandan Road from Gut No.5, 33, 35, 37 and 47 instead of Gut No. 7, 32, 36, 44 as per the maps maintained by office of Land Record, Ardhapur." 2.

Apprehending that the concerned authority would not be performing the project work of strengthening of the road (black topping as well as white topping), in accordance with the village

9120.23wp (2) map, the Petitioner has already approached Respondent No.2. Respondent No.3 has intimated Respondent No.2 vide a communication dated 17/01/2023, making a reference to the representation of the Petitioner, dated 11/01/2023, to take effective steps are advised. Further, Respondent No.5 has also addressed Respondent No.2 with a communication dated 10/02/2023, considering the grievance of the Petitioner. As such, the second Respondent is seized with the said grievance and no decision is being taken.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.2, to deal with the grievance of the Petitioner and any response on the same, shall be communicated to the Petitioner within 45 days from today. (Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) sjk
