This application is filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No.4-Mahadev Suryawanshi who died on 15-05-2020. However, the advocate of deceased did not intimate this fact to the petitioner. In the month of February, 2023 when the matter was listed on board the petitioner came to know that respondent No.4 is dead.

It is thereafter, steps were taken and the application was filed on 16-04-2023. In this process the delay of 1041 days is caused in filing the present civil application. 4.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed. The delay stands condoned. 5.

The petitioners to carryout the amendment within a period of four weeks from today.
