The Petitioners submit that in response to their representation dated 01.01.2024, the Naib Tehsildar, Dharashiv sent a communication dated 12.01.2024 to the District Superintendent of Land Records and the Executive Engineer, National Highways Division, Solapur. They only pray that the said authorities may act on the said communication. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel for the UOI appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, submits that the said authorities would consider the said communication dated 12.01.2024 and follow the due
