Heard Shri Khot, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Wange, learned counsel for the respondent-MSRTC, Parbhani. 2.

Petitioner was appointed as a driver on 08.11.2005. Due to some ophthalmic problem, he was declared as unft as a driver and was appointed as a peon on 25.03.2017. Thereafter, an anonymous complaint was received alleging that the petitioner has procured a fabricated certifcate from the Civil Surgeon, Parbhani and, on that basis, has obtained a lighter duty. Therefore, the petitioner was directed to join as a driver. Petitioner has challenged this order.

After hearing submissions of Shri Khot, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Wange, learned counsel for the respondent, it does not appear that the petitioner is entitled to the interim relief as sought for. Learned counsel Shri Khot submits that the industrial Court, Jalna be directed to dispose of the complaint in a time bound manner.

Industrial Court, Jalna, is directed to dispose of complaint ULP No. 66/2020 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of the writ.
