The first page of Judgment shows that it is delivered on 12.04.2017, however, in certified copy at the bottom of Judgment and Award different date is mentioned as 12.04.2016 which require correction. Hence, Record and Proceeding is remitted back to the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kandhar for necessary correction and after correction is made, it be returned to this Court. 4.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
