It appears that after filing of the Civil Application the amount which the present applicant/ Surety was expected to deposit is came to be deposited and such information is given by learned counsel Mr. Sawant, on instructions. The applicant had stood as a surety in the Court as per the order made by this Court.

In view of this circumstance, nothing survive in the Civil Application. Civil Application stands disposed of.
