ORDER:- 1.

Heard. It appears that this Court earlier in the order dated 9 July 2021 has granted permission to the applicants similarly placed with these applicants, to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount. In view of the same, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount, on furnishing usual undertaking and further 25% of the deposited amount on furnishing solvent security, to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

(2) 928 CA-11260.2022.odt (ii) The balance 50% of the deposited amount be kept in F.D.R. in any Nationalized Bank till disposal of this appeal.

(iii) The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
