It is contended that respondent no.1/original petitioner is not paid the subsistence allowance for the months of May to July. Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 4 and 5 assures this Court that same will be deposited within two weeks from today and respondent nos. 4 and 5 will continue to pay the same as already observed till inquiry is pending/concluded.
