Heard the learned advocates for the respective sides. The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would be satisfied if her representation dated 26.02.2024, addressed to the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad, Beed is considered sympathetically.

The learned advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that at least 30 days time may be granted to deal with the representation of the Petitioner. 3.

It is pleaded in the petition that the mother in law of the Petitioner donated one kidney to the husband of the Petitioner. Yet, her husband, who

( 2 ) 9 wp 5281.24 was an Ex-Serviceman, has passed away. The ailing mother in law, who is more than 80 years of age, is residing with the Petitioner. 4.
