O R D E R

1.

These Appeals are placed before today's Lok Adalat with the consent of the parties.

2.

The learned A.G.P. submitted that the amount of award is yet not deposited. The acquiring body / L.A.O. is ready to deposit the award amount within three months.

If any amount recovered by the claimant in execution proceeding, if any filed, that would be adjusted towards the amount to be deposited. The L.A.O. shall deposit the balance amount or the entire amount, as the case may be, within three months from today in the concerned L.A.R. Court. Thereafter, the parties concerned shall be at liberty to withdraw the same.

The bank guarantee/security/surety, if any, given by the claimants be released in favour of the claimants.

The Appeals stand disposed of.
