During the pendency of the appeal, applicant No.2 Sushila Nalawade died. The legal representatives of Sushilabai were already there on record, however, inadvertently, purshis to that effect was remained to be filed. Since the purshis is now filed and all the legal representatives of deceased Sushilabai are already there on record, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
