Without invoking the jurisdiction of the learned Sessions Court, the applicants have directly filed applications for releasing them on interim bail. Learned counsel Shri Jadhav submits that the matters in the Sessions Court are not being heard because of the peculiar situation created by the pandemic. He submits that in the trial Court longer dates are given in the applications preferred by these applicants for bail. He states that he will make

( 2 ) ba 636.21 applications for interim bail on medical grounds in all these applications. The trial Court may be directed to dispose of the applications if filed within a specified period.

In view of this, if the applications for interim bail on account of medical ground are filed, the learned trial Court is directed to dispose of those applications within a period of two weeks from the date of their filing. Applications are disposed of.
