These are two Applications for stay to the impugned Judgment and Award dated 14.06.2013 passed by the learned Reference Court in L.A.R. Nos. 554 of 2007 and 296 of 2008. 2.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants / Acquiring Body and the learned Advocate for the Respondents / Claimants. 3.

This Court, on 26th June, 2019, issued notice to the Respondent and granted stay to the impugned Judgment and Award. 4.

It is brought to my notice that, in the connected Appeals filed by the Acquiring Body against the Judgments and Award arising out of the same acquisition proceedings, this Court granted stay to the

2 930CA8542.2017.odt execution of the Award therein subject to depositing entire amount under Award, within the stipulated time. This being so, similar order needs to be passed in these Applications. Hence, the following order: -

ORDER

[i] Pending the hearing and final disposal of the first appeals, there shall be stay to the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award, subject to depositing entire amount under Award, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today, in this Court, failing which the stay shall stand vacated automatically.
