The application is filed for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No. 315/2017 which is dismissed for non compliance, non removal of the office objections. The learned counsel for applicant takes the blame to himself. So, the application is allowed. The order of dismissal is recalled. Criminal Writ Petition No. 315/2017 is restored. Office objections are to be removed prior to 5.5.2017 and if not removed, the proceeding shall stand dismissed automatically.
