Though it appears that order for deposit of amount was passed by this Court on 21-12-2015, up till now the amount was not deposited. It also appears that it was not got deposited in the execution proceedings if at all it was filed. 2.

Under such circumstances, there is no hurdle in allowing the applicant/ appellant to deposit the said amount in this Court as the learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the cheque is ready with him, and therefore, the time to deposit the amount is extended for two (2) days from today. Office to accept the cheque. 3.
