By this Petition, the Petitioner has sought to quash the FIR No. 2/2022 registered with Cyber Crime Police Station, Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 & 427 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 43,65, 66, 66(C), 66(D) & 72 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
