The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the District Level Committee has recommended the proposal of the petitioner-Institution for opening secondary school at village Mandva, Taluka Ashti, District Beed, which is included in the master plan, yet respondents No. 1 and 2 have not taken the decision on the said proposal.

We direct respondents No. 1 and 2 to take the decision on the proposal of the petitioner, if already not taken, as expeditiously as possible, however, within

wp5007-2016 a period of six weeks from today, on its own merits and keeping in view the Government policy. If it is necessary, respondents No. 1 and 2 will be at liberty to hear the petitioner before taking the decision on the petitioner's proposal. If such a decision is taken, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of on above terms. The parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
