The petitioner was allotted the fishing rights for few years but due to some dispute, its operation was stayed and the petitioner is now making a request to the Tahsildar to take appropriate decision on its representation dated 20-04-2022.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioners would be contended if a direction is issued for considering their representation (Exhibit - C) expeditiously.

We dispose of the petition by directing the respondent - Tahsildar to take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application (Exhibit - C) dated 20-04-2022 as early as possible and in any event by 31-01-2023.
