ORDER:

1) Learned counsel Shri. Y.M. Khan for the petitioner seeks time of two weeks by submitting that he is not ready with the matter. By order dated 21-6-2017 this Court had dismissed the writ petition for default as no interest was being shown to prosecute the matter. Subsequently due to submission made by the learned

counsel Shri. Khan the order of dismissal was recalled and the matter was restored. The order dated 21-6-2017 shows that learned counsel Shri. Khan had undertaken to argue the main matter itself. Due to this submission the matter was restored but now the learned counsel is making statement that he is not ready with the matter. 2) This Court had expressed that the application filed for bringing legal representatives will be dealt along with the main matter. The writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. All civil applications are disposed of. Rule is discharged.
