Mr.Patnoorkar, learned counsel submits that the petitioners are restricting their prayer to the extent of implementing the order of Hon'ble Minister and absorbing the petitioners.

We have heard learned counsel for respective parties.

The Hon'ble Minister under its order dated 22.3.2017 has upheld shifting of the said School on certain conditions, such as absorption of the teachers legitimately appointed and as per the availability of the sanctioned posts. Naturally, the Education Officer shall have to see that the order of the Hon'ble Minister is implemented in its letters and spirit. The Education Officer shall see to it that the legitimately appointed teachers as per the staffing pattern are absorbed as per the order of the Hon'ble Minister.

With these observations, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
