The affidavit is filed by Education Officer (Secondary). Para Nos. 7 and 8 of the affidavit reads thus -

I say and submit that, in the meanwhile the powers of inclusion of name in SHALARTH I.D. is delegated to the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division, Nashik by the Director of Education (Secondary and Higher Secondary), Maharashtra State, Pune. Copy of the delegation of power to the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik dt. 20.3.2019 is annexed herewith and marked as EXHIBIT-R-2 for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.

I say and submit that, now the office of the Deponent will forward the proposal of the present Petitioner to the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division, Nashik as early as possible.

In view of that, the respondents shall take steps as clarified in para Nos. 7 and 8 reproduced supra. The same shall be decided within a period of six months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

In view of disposal of Writ Petition, the Civil Application is also disposed of.
