Without invoking the jurisdiction of the learned Sessions Court, the applicant has directly filed application for releasing him on interim bail. Learned counsel Shri Jadhav submits that the matter in the Sessions Court is not being heard because of the peculiar situation created by the pandemic. He submits that in the trial Court longer dates are given in the application preferred by the applicant for bail. He states that he will make application for interim bail on medical grounds in the application. The trial Court may be directed to dispose of the application if filed within a specified period. 3.

In view of this, if the application for interim bail on account of

( 2 ) ba 647.21 medical ground is filed, the learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the application within a period of two weeks from the date of their filing. Application is disposed of.
