The petitioner has approached this Court challenging an order passed by the learned Collector dated 25.04.2025. The learned Collector by way of impugned order has disposed of the application filed by the petitioner without taking any decision. 2.

After hearing for some time, this Court deems it fit to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the learned Collector to decide the application filed before him within three (03) weeks from today. 3.

The impugned order dated 25.04.2025 is quashed and set aside. The application stands restored to its original position before the
