The learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 states that the Director General, Maharashtra Counsel of Agricultural Education and Research, 132/B, Bhamburda, Bhosale Nagar, Pune, 411007, would be necessary party to this petition. He has no objection if the hearing of the Writ Petition is expedited. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant has no objection to implead said party as party respondent No.3 in this Writ Petition. 3.

Leave to amend is granted. The amendment be carried

CA 676-2017 out within one week.

Notice shall be served upon Government Pleader as well as learned Counsel for respondent No.2 and newly added respondent, within one week from the date of amendment. 5.

Considering the fact that the applicant is likely to be retired in near-future and is not keeping good health, hearing of the Writ Petition is expedited.

Newly impleaded party may file an affidavit in reply within two weeks from the date of service of notice of the Writ Petition.

The State Government is also permitted to file affidavit in reply within two weeks from today.

It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.

9.

Place the Writ Petition on board for hearing and final disposal in the week commencing from 18th September 2017. 10.

Civil Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. 11.

No order as to costs.
