This petition seeks direction to respondent no.2 - Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nandurbar, that they should decide the petitioner's tribe claim within a stipulated period. 3.

The learned Counsel for respondent no.2 - Scrutiny Committee makes a statement, on receiving instructions, that the petitioner's claim was heard yesterday and required order would be passed within three weeks from today.

We accept the statement made on behalf of respondent no.2 - Scrutiny Committee and in view of the aforesaid statement, we dispose of the petition.
