2] The learned counsel for the applicants submit that original claimant no.2 i.e. respondent no.2, namely, Dashrath Baburao Tayde is died. The applicants are heirs and legal representatives of deceased Dashrath Baburao Tayde, hence, their names be taken on record and delay for filing this application be condoned.

3] The learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that this Court may pass appropriate order.
