1] The learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record affidavit of respondent - sole wherein he has consented to transfer the Petition No.A-617 of 2014 from the Family Court at Pune to the Family Court at Ahmednagar.

2] In view of the affidavit filed by the respondent - sole, the Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.

3] However, the Family Court at Ahmednagar is directed to permit the respondent - husband to appear

133.24MCA through Video Conferencing wherever it is possible so as to avoid inconvenience to the respondent-husband, so also, the Family Court at Ahmednagar to decide the proceedings expeditiously.
