The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this court had granted ad-interim relief on 15th June, 2016 on the condition that the petitioner would deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- in this Court. However, despite efforts from the learned Counsel, the petitioner is not maintaining contact with the learned Counsel and is not turning up. This petition can therefore be disposed off.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off. 3.

The learned Counsel for the sole respondent submits that since the suit is of 2007, same may be expedited as the respondent - plaintiff's arguments 1 / 2

18_WP562516.odt are already over. The learned Counsel for the petitioner does not oppose. Considering the same, the Trial Court would call upon the defendant to canvas his final submissions and expeditiously dispose off Regular Civil Suit No. 78 of 2007.
