Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners along with the officials of respondent - Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation and respondent - contractor shall visit the premises by tomorrow and shall select the shops from the offers made by respondent - contractors so also the officials of the Corporation. He would urge that an affidavit about their intentions to the aforesaid will be made available on email to the Counsel for Respondent - Corporation so also to Counsel for the respondent - contractor. Counsel for respondent - contractor and respondent - Corporation both are granted time to respond to the same, in any case, by 25th April, 2023.
