We have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Government Pleader for non applicant Nos. 1 and 2.

The review application is filed on the ground that in one of the writ petition bearing Writ Petition No. 4226 of 2016, another Division Bench of this Court had made an observation that, if the respondent No. 4 feels it necessary to hear the petitioner, he will be at liberty to do so.

This Court vide order dated 07th October, 2014 in the
2 ra 195.16 instant writ petition had disposed of the writ petition with directions to respondents to decide the applications/representations made by the petitioners expeditiously in accordance with the notification dated 10.06.2014 on its own merits preferably within a period of six (6) months. The said six months have also lapsed long back. 4.
There is no propriety in filing the present review application stating that applicant should be heard before the authority.

In the light of the above, the review application is rejected. No costs.
