Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

The applicants are seeking bail in Crime No.346 of 2023 registered with Newasa Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Section 306, 324, 323 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Perused the papers. The applicants and deceased were the close relatives. The son of the deceased married the daughter of accused no.2 and they had matrimonial discord. Considering the facts of the case and no specific allegations against the applicants. Their detention would serve no purpose. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

932-ba-759-2023.odt (2) (ii) The applicants, Radhakisan Phulaji Kokare and Sadashiv Gangadhar Kokare, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with the above crime, on the conditions that they shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (iii) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when called on written notice by the investigating officer, till filing charge sheet.
