We have heard the learned Advocate for the appellant for quite some time. He sought a pass over to take instructions. After the matter was called out, learned Advocate submits on instructions that the appellant desires to withdraw this appeal. 2.

In view of the above, this appeal is disposed off as withdrawn. 3.

We quantify the fees of Shri. C. C. Deshpande, learned Advocate at Rs.2,000/- to be paid by the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad. The learned Advocate Shri. Deshpande submits that the said amount can be donated for the treatment of

447.20crapl (2) patients suffering from Covid-19. As such, an amount of Rs.2,000/- shall be transmitted by the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad to the District Collector, Aurangabad, expeditiously. 4.
