It is a motion for speaking to minutes in respect of the order dated 12th December, 2020 passed by the panel of the Lok-Adalat. The learned counsel for appellant remained absent when the matter is called out.

Heard Mr. Bhandari, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 6. Mr. Bhandari, learned counsel invited my attention to paragraph 7 of the order passed by the panel of the Lok-Adalat on 12th December, 2020. He pointed out that the directions were given to the Registry to transfer the amount deposited by the appellant/insurance company to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad. He pointed out that instead of that, it should have been the Commissioner for Workmen Compensation Act and Civil Judge Senior Division at Ambajogai, so

3 fa.238.21.odt that the claimants may get the amount as directed while passing the order by the panel of Lok-Adalat.

It would be appropriate to correct paragraph 7 so that original claimants may get the amount of compensation. Paragraph 7 of the order dated 12th December, 2020 passed by the panel of the LokAdalat shall be read as under: "7.

The compensation amount, if any, deposited by the appellant/insurance company in this Court, shall be transferred to the Commissioner for Workmen Compensation Act and Civil Judge Senior Division at Ambajogai and same shall be disbursed to original claimants."
