The Sansthan has put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under:- "(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No.39 dated 11.01.2024 passed by Ad-hoc Committee for issuing E-Tender for procurement of cloth for uniforms for which an estimated amount of Rs.43,37,680/- is required to be spent and for grating Uniform Allowances to the employees for the purpose of Stitching of those uniforms for which an estimated amount of Rs.9,19,000/- is required to be spent."

We have perused the Resolution No.39 and we are informed that the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar, the Chairperson of the Ad-hoc Committee, has approved the resolution. 4.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
