Heard. According to the petitioner, some other officials who have been involved in the crime in question have been left out. He has, therefore, made a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Ahmednagar. He seeks directions to the concerned Superintendent of Police to decide the same. In view of the same, the respondent No.2 Superintendent of Police, Ahmednagar shall decide the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on its own merits.
