We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. We have also gone through the order dated 27.1.2015, passed by this Court in W.P. No. 124 of 2014. Vide the said order, the order dated 17th October, 2011 issued by the Director of Marketing is quashed and set aside, with liberty, as recorded in the said judgment.

2] The contention of the petitioners is that, management is not handed over to the petitioner. Same may not be within the purview of the present petition.
