The applicants submit that the original respondent No.1 Bhagwan Madhavrao has passed away on 28.6.2015. By this application, which is filed within time, the applicants, who are the sons and daughters of the deceased, pray for leave to be brought on record in the Writ Petition as legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.1.

Learned Advocate for the respondents oppose this application. 4.
