Heard the counsel appearing for the petitioners. He submits that, without registering the F.I.R. the investigating officer proceeded to investigate the matter and accordingly charge sheet is filed. it is his submission that, without registering F.I.R., there could not have been investigation and filing of charge sheet. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that, not only that charge sheet is filed before the concerned Court but charge is framed on 11.12.2014. 3.

This petition is filed on 6.5.2015, after six months of framing the charge. Therefore, we are not inclined to invoke the writ jurisdiction and upset the proceedings pending before the concerned Court. Leaving open the questions of law raised in this petition, the petition stands rejected.
